Release 6 is here! Ho ho ho!


Release 6 is here! One day later than what I'd like, but still within time. Merry christmas, you perverts!

What's changed:

  • New enemy: Shield cow. She won't walk around or attack, but her spiked shield is impassable! Try jumping over her! She's on stages 3 and 4, also on the gallery
  • Small changes to level 3's layout, should be easier to finish
  • Reworked the jump logic so it's no longer tied to framerate, this should hopefully fix the jump problems for good
  • Reduced the size of certain .PNGs used in sex scenes, the overall RAM used by the game should be ~70MB lower

What's next?

There are still some RAM gains I can squeeze from other unoptimized PNGs, which will probably be the first thing I mess around with.

After that, it's what I've mostly been lazing off for over a year, which is learning halfway decent stage design. With the shield cow and how you can stay on top of the shield as a platform, that can create some interesting shortcut ideas and better enemy placement.

Making prettier level tilesets and backgrounds wouldn't hurt either.

Maybe, maaaayyybe, if I'm feeling generous, one or two new animations with the princess.
